TESTIMONIALS
I engaged Tony Teeling of Integrated Consultancy Limited to provide a Wildfire Risk Analysis to support a resource consent application for a campground proposal in the rural environment in Riwaka, Tasman.
Council had limited notified the application with two parties making submissions in opposition. The hearing date had been set, however, Council’s section 42A report recommended refusal of the application on the grounds that fire risk had not been sufficiently assessed or mitigated.
When I contacted Tony, we required urgent expert input to compile a Wildfire Risk Analysis and have that expert attend the hearing. Tony was able to work with the short timeframe and came up to speed with what was required very quickly.
The Wildfire Analysis provided by Integrated Consultancy Ltd was detailed and comprehensive. Tony’s assessment and input into the hearing was invaluable and his knowledge, professionalism and expertise directly contributed to the successful outcome of the resource consent application with the hearing commissioner preferring Tony’s evidence over that of the submitter’s expert.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Integrated Consultancy Ltd or work with Tony again.
